Why a program shows Pending Verification
A PENDING VERIFICATION badge on a program in your Opportunities means that program wants to contact you, and the performance that matches what they're recruiting for is still being verified.
While the badge is showing, the Open Message button stays greyed out. As soon as the performance is verified, the badge clears and you can open the program's message.
How long it lasts
We verify new performances every day, and most are verified within 24 hours. You don't need to do anything for the badge to clear. Once you can open the message, How to Follow Up With College Coaches covers what to write back.
If it's been more than a couple of days
The results link on the performance is usually the reason. Check that it:
- Goes to the official meet results (the timing company, athletic.net, MileSplit, or the meet's results PDF)
- Shows your name and the performance you entered
- Is the right meet and the right race

If the link is right and the badge still hasn't cleared, email support@streamlineathletes.com with the names of the programs showing the badge.
