Changing your email or name

Change the email coaches use

You can change this yourself. Go to About Me and open Contact Information. Your preferred email is the address coaches and our support team use to reach you. Untick "same as the email I used for sign up" to use a different address.

Change the email you sign in with

Your sign-in email can't be changed in the app. Email support@streamlineathletes.com from your current address and tell us the new one.

Change or fix your name

Email support@streamlineathletes.com. Your name should be your legal name as it appears on your results and transcripts, because verification matches it against official results.

Two accounts?

If you've ended up with duplicate accounts, for example one made with Google and one with email, email support@streamlineathletes.com with both addresses. Tell us which one to keep and we'll sort it out.
