How to cancel your membership
You can cancel your Plus or Pro membership yourself in a minute from Account Settings.
How to cancel
- Sign in at app.streamlineathletes.com.
- Open Account Settings.
- On your Current Plan card, select Manage Plan.
- Choose to cancel your plan and confirm.
Cancelling stops your plan from renewing. You keep full access to your plan until the end of the period you've already paid for. After that, your profile moves to the free Essentials plan, and programs recruiting on Streamline Athletes can still contact you.
Charged for a renewal you didn't expect?
Email support@streamlineathletes.com and tell us what happened. We'll look at your account and sort it out with you directly.
Please contact us before filing a dispute with your bank or card company. Working it out with us is much faster, and a bank dispute can take weeks to resolve.
Want to delete your account instead?
Cancelling your plan doesn't delete your profile. If you've committed to a school, you can set your recruiting status to Signed, which stops new coach requests. To remove your account completely, email support@streamlineathletes.com from the email address on the account.
